Frank Weathers is an expert Hair Color Specialist and Portland Hair Stylist with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to relocating to Portland, Oregon, he ran a successful hair salon in San Diego, California. Through his hard work and dedication, his salon was voted best color salon in San Diego. Frank specializes in all types of hair color, including: blond hair, brunette hair, gray coverage, corrective color, and blending. He also has experience in keratin smoothing treatments and precision low maintenance haircuts. When Frank isn’t beautifying his local community, he spends his time outdoors. His interests include hiking in Forest Park, long bike rides, spending time on the river, people watching, and trying new restaurants with his partner.
